Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to determine the level of resistance to organizational change and its impact in the efficiency of the organization's performance, to achieve the purpose of the study, we distributed a resolution to the workers of the Algerian Company for Road Works, and after their responses were cleared we analyzed and discussed the results.

The study concluded: There is an average level of both resistance to organizational change and the efficiency of the company's performance; there is an effect of indifference in the efficiency of the company's performance
