Abstract EN

Small and medium enterprises are the main engine of economic activity and one of the most important solutions to support the economic growth and achieve an economic development.

We aim through this study to identify the reality of the financing policies of small and medium-sized enterprises and their supporting structures in Algeria, by evaluating their effectiveness in financing projects of various economic sectors, through an analytical study of the bodies that seek to achieve the support and help in providing their financial needs and reducing the problems they face.

We concluded that the financing policies of small and medium-enterprises in Algeria are witnessing a remarkable development, with each authority confining itself to financing a specific sector, which has contributed to generating job positions, diversifying sources of income, increasing national output and achieving local development.

The financial assistance it receives from government agencies is still suffering from a problem in the financing aspect, and this is due to the absence of actual accompaniment throughout the years of funding.
