Abstract EN

This study aimed to address one of the main pillars in achieving local development, namely, emerging institutions and business incubators, which are considered among the most important mechanisms for local development, as business incubators provide the facilities and services necessary to support and upgrade emerging enterprises, to enable them to succeed and continue.

this study also monitored its reality and the most important challenges it faces in Algeria several results have shown, most notably that business incubators and emerging institutions have become a major role in contemporary economies, and despite the great interest that the authorities pay to them and ways to support and develop them, they suffer from many difficulties and problems of continuity.
