تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على تحديات حاضنات الأعمال التي تحول دون استمرارية المؤسسات الناشئة أو نجاحها، مع تحديد الآليات المتخذة من طرف الحكومة الجزائرية لدعم هذه المؤسسات والأخذ بيدها نحو تحقيقها لأهدافها المرجوة، وبالتالي تحقيق إضافة إلى التنمية الاقتصادية الوطنية.
إلا أن المؤسسات الناشئة الجزائرية تواجه جملة من الصعوبات والعراقيل المعيقة، كمشكل التمويل، إلا أن الحكومة الجزائرية وضعت مجموعة من التدابير والإجراءات المساعدة، كخلق حقيبة وزارية جديدة تهتم بانشغالاتها وتضع لها حلولا، وكذا وضع منصة إلكترونية خاصة بها، كل هذا لأجل النهوض بهذا النوع من الاستثمارات.

The research paper aims to highlight the challenges that prevent the continuity or success of emerging institutions, identifying mechanisms taken by the Algerian government to support these institutions and taking them towards achieving their desired goals, thereby achieving in addition to national economic development.
emerging institutions face a number of difficulties and obstacles, such as the problem of financing, but the Algerian government has developed a set of assistance measures and procedures, such as creating a new ministerial portfolio that is concerned with their concerns and developing solutions, as well as the development of its own electronic platform, all in order to promote this type of investment.

Notre recherche vise à éclaircir les défis des incubateurs d'entreprises qui empêchent la continuité ou le succès des institutions émergentes, tout en identifiant les mécanismes pris par le gouvernement Algérien pour soutenir ces institutions et prendre la main vers la réalisation de leurs objectifs souhaités, réalisant ainsi un complément au développement économique national.
elle fait face à un certain nombre de difficultés et d'obstacles, tels que le problème du financement, mais le gouvernement Algérien a mis en place un ensemble de mesures et de mesures pour l'aider, comme la création d'un nouveau portefeuille ministériel qui prend en charge son les concerne et développe des solutions pour eux, ainsi que la mise en place de sa propre plate-forme électronique, le tout afin de promouvoir ce type d'investissement.
