Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the new trend that Algeria seeks to follow by adopting startups as a modern mechanism as an alternative to hydrocarbons in order to develop the national economy and push the wheel of local development, but ensuring the continued growth of these institutions depends on the mechanisms of support and accompaniment which these institutions depend such as business incubators.

in this study we relied on the appropriate descriptive approach to define the concepts of the study and control the relationship between them.

we concluded that start ups have an important place in the Algerian economy because of the important developmental role they provide to it.

but Algeria is still in its early stages with regarding to this trend despite the initiatives undertaken by the state.
