Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting the Algerian conflict court; if the authority has completed what is known as the system of judicial dualism updated under the constitutional amendment 1996, it will establish a "court of conflict" to adjudicate the conflicts of jurisdiction between the administrative and ordinary courts.

however, as a matter of fact, based on organic law n° 98 / 03 has proved that there are several deficiencies in terms of its jurisdictions that have negatively affected its decisions and its role in achieving this goal.

however, with 2020 constitutional amendment, the current changes make it incumbent on the authority to review the jurisdiction of the court of conflict so that it can exercise it more precisely and more deeply as it complements the true judicial duality as it is in comparative systems.
