The Algerian legislator, in the public deals law issued under the presidential decree 15 / 247, has given the rules of the principles of competition in this law, by devoting freedom of competition and the transparency of procedures through the full stages and procedures of the deal, and to protect the principles of competition registration of the legislator participating in some deals with a group of controls and conditions related to mainly in the technical nature of some works, as well as the rehabilitation and integrity of the competing dealers, or to protect the national product or support some craftsmen, and the rules of the principles of competition allow the enabling of all the people who meet the conditions required in announcing the competition from participating in it without discrimination or preference between them by the authority supervising the process, this achieves the efficacy of administrative contracts.
