تعتبر المباني و المنشآت الثابتة رمز الاستقرار في حياة الإنسان و نقطة الانطلاقة لنشاطه اليومي لذلك هدفت الدراسة لإبراز مسؤولية مالك البناء و المهندس و المقاول عن سلامة البناء، باعتبارها من المسائل المهمة التي أولتها التشريعات المختلفة عامة و التشريع الجزائري خاصة أهمية في القانون المدني و هذا ما تطرقت له الدراسة.
Abstract EN
Fixed buildings and installations are a symbol of stability in human life and the starting point for his daily activityTherefore, the study aimed to highlight the responsibility of the building owner, the engineer and the contractor for the safety of construction, as it is one of the important issues that the various legislations in general and the Algerian legislation in particular have given importance in the civil law, and this is what the study addressed.
