Abstract EN

This intervention is aimed mainly to highlight the importance of the agricultural sector in achieving sustainable food security, as well as aiming to develop a comprehensive vision of integrated mechanisms and procedures to be followed to activate the strategy of sustainable agricultural development in Algeria by focusing on four basic themes contained in this strategy, through the activation of ways of financing and the accompanying Neighborhood projects peasant, and modify the structure of legal, legislative and configured to assist in the development of this important sector, as well as infrastructure development products complementary to the agricultural sector.
