Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the role of work ethics in assigning and supporting supervisory function inside the enterprise that is to be done by heads and supervisors at different levels and sections, by grasping the role of work ethics in raising supervisory efficiency, rationalizing costs, accelerating the pace of completion of administrative control activities, and improving the evaluation process of employees.

The theoretical side of the subject was reviewed by addressing both work ethics and administrative control as well as highlighting the relationship between them inside the enterprise.

As for the practical side, it was a field study on the heads and supervisors of a group of economic enterprise in the province of Setif, which outnumbered of 41 respondents in five(05) enterprises.

The descriptive analytical method was opted for and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and analysis.

The study concluded that there is a role for work ethics in assigning and supporting the supervisory function in the enterprises under study.

It also demonstrated the existence of a clear role for work ethics in raising the efficiency of the supervisory process, and in rationalizing the costs of the supervisory body and in accelerating the pace of completion of administrative control activities and its contribution to improving the performance of the evaluation process of workers.
