Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the impact of information systems requirements on improving the competitiveness of the Mobilis Annaba Regional Directorate of Telecommunications, In order to reach the aforementioned goal, the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for data collection, as we conducted a comprehensive survey of all the 50 employees of the under enterprise study, from different job levels.

After analyzing the data collected using the (SPSS V23)program, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect of the requirements of information systems (physical, software, human and organizational) in improving competitiveness in the enterprise under study.
