Al-Qaida is a faculty of jurisprudence that brings together scattered and diverse branches in various doors of jurisprudence We find the latter to be brief, short, fine-tuned and precise.

Al-Qaida brings together many scattered branches to facilitate their seizure and preservation, Which helps the formation of the Queen of jurisprudence on the researcher, and makes the jurist realize the purposes of the sharia, And it makes him free from contradiction, and from this, we find a lot of jurists have made in their jurisprudence blogs the basis of judgment on the doctrinal rule, especially those rules originating in the book and the year, and one of the models of that Imam Ibn Jazeera al-Maliki who more than based judgments on the holistic rules in his book Laws of Jurisprudence.

This study aims tocollect Ibn Juzayy al-Maliki’s inferences regarding thegeneral rules in his book,The Laws of Jurisprudence, in order to make the book a model for jurisprudential rules inference in the corpora of the jurisprudential heritage The research paper began with an overview of the book and its author, then showing the meaning of the jurisprudential rule and stating its characteristics, relevance, usefulness, and credibility, together with a brief explanation of the meaning of inference.The paper then tackled the purpose of the study, which is to present the author’s inferences to the rules of jurisprudenceafter collecting them by extrapolating the book and studying them by showing how to infer them to the jurisprudential branch and how the branch accessed the generalrule.
