Abstract EN

This research is talking about the purity provisions that are taken from the prophet's invasions and saraya.That research shows the important of the Prophet's life and his jihadist works to get many jurisdictional rulings, including the provisions of purity in two sections ; an introduction and a conclusion.

The introduction is about my methodology in this research & the two sections are about the previous purity provisions, indicating the jurist's opinions and evidence for each ruling and accepting one of them although there are a lot.

The first section is talking about the provisions related to impurities and water and the second one is talking about tayammum and ghusl's provisions.

The last part in my research is about the most important results and recommendation .
