By tracking the results of the academic achievement of secondary school students, it has been observed in recent years that there is a decrease in the students' desire to study, which negatively affected the results of their academic achievement, justifying this by the unfairness of teachers and principals in their schools.

When returning to the educational literature related to this issue, it was found that there is a clear interest from researchers in school justice and its impact on students' achievement and some aspects of their personalities in the recent period.

The idea of this research emerged as an attempt to link students' perceptions of school justice and their level of motivation for academic achievement.

In general, the study attempted to reveal whether there was a statistically significant relationship between teachers' practice of school justice and the level of motivation for academic achievement among their students.

The study found a significant correlation between teachers' practice of school justice and achievement motivation among third year secondary school students in Setif state schools.
