The research aims to reveal the true scientific value of the Arabic linguistic corpus, based on the analysis of tow divergent opinions in which two famous linguistics of the modern Arabic linguistic research.

The first opinion is the opinion of Tammam Hassan, who said that there is a great systematic deficiency in the Arabic corpus, while the second opinion was the opinion of Abdul Rahman Haj Saleh, who admired the greatness of the data's size in addition to the behavior taken by the ancient grammarians in the collection of it The research concluded that the Arabic corpus was highly scientific, with the condition of homogeneity and representativity, and SMAA was scientific and objective.

This result was found due to the weakness of Tammam's evidence, while those of Saleh were stronger
