The theme addressed takes place on foods from agriculture and their preparation habits according to tastes in the Phoenician-Punic civilization and parallel societies.

The nature of food preparation is mainly related to human taste, which is one of the most complex types of thinking.

What contributes to differences in cultures, of which there are four main types of tastes, varies from one community to another: sweet, salty, sour and bitter.

These characteristics are also linked to the well-being of the individual and to its architectural annexes intended for the preparation of food, as well as to the service elements.

This study will allow us to identify the different foodstuffs consumed by the Phoenician-Punic societies.

This will give us an imaginary restitution.

resumé: Le thème abordé se déroule sur les aliments issus de l'agriculture et leurs habitudes de préparation en fonction des goûts dans de les civilisations phénico-punique et les sociétés parallèles.

La nature de préparation des aliments est principalement liée au goût humain, qui est l'un des types de pensée les plus complexes.

Ce qui contribue aux différences de cultures dont on distingue quatre types principaux des goûts varie d'une communauté à l'autre: sucré, salé, acide et amer.

Ces caractéristiques sont également liées au bien-être de l'individu et à ses annexes architecturales destinées à la préparation des aliments, ainsi qu'aux éléments de services.

Cette étude nous permettra d'identifier les différentes denrées alimentaires consommées par les sociétés phénico-punique.
