This study will address the leasing technique as it is one of the most important techniques used by banks in general and Islamic banks in particular in light of globalization.

As for the legal aspect and the extent to which it is related to Islamic banking, the leasing technique is considered one of the modern transactions approved by contemporary jurists, as it enables this The mechanism of Islamic banks to expand the scope of their work.

The rental credit technique is also an important financing mechanism at the level of Islamic banks that helps in the process of economic development.

As for the case study, we will take Al Salam Bank - Algeria - and Al Baraka Bank of Algeria as a model to study the mechanism of the rental credit technology, and what are the most important terms and conditions that run it.
