Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the degree of difficulties in teaching and arranging the subject of constitutional law from the point of view of first-year law students at Mohammed Seddik ben Yahya university (Jijel), and to identify the differences between their estimates of the severity of these difficulties by gender, age and baccalaureate division, using the analytical descriptive method.

the study was based on a sample of 135 students, who were subjected to a questionnaire on the difficulties of teaching constitutional law.

the arithmetic average, standard deviation, and "T" test were used to calculate the significance of the differences.

the results showed that the teaching of the subject of constitutional law faces moderately severe difficulties from the point of view of students, and was ranked as follows : 1-difficulties related to students 2-difficulties related to objectives 3-difficulties related to the content of article 4-difficulties related to faculty members 5-difficulties related to the methods of evaluation, and the degree of severity was high in difficulties related to students and objectives, while they were average in the rest of the difficulties, and the study found that there were no statistically significant differences between student estimates attributable to gender and age and the baccalaureate division.
