Abstract EN

This study aimed to highlight the status of higher education institutions and the role they play in developing the student’s level by encouraging his creative thinking, as the study community represented the (876) students of the Tlemcen Higher School of Management, as for the study sample, it included (582) students.

In this study, we have relied on a questionnaire that contains the two variables of the study (the role of the Tlemcen Higher School of Management and creative thinking skills), in addition to some demographic variables.After using appropriate statistical methods for data processing and analysis, we concluded that there is a direct and statistically significant relationship between the axes of theTlemcen Higher School of Management (the administration of the Higher School, the environment of theTlemcen Higher School , intellectual and creative activities, the curriculum, the role of the professor in the Tlemcen Higher School ), and creative thinking skills.
