At the same time, monitoring the conditions, challenges and stakes inducing a reconsideration of the concept, roles and functions of traditional learning in a way that responds to the requirements of the knowledge age.

This required reconsidering the traditional matrix of skills / competencies and proposing new models that take into account the knowledge, professional and informational aspect, while proposing new forms of learning methods that go beyond the traditional formula to formulas based on group learning based on project, problems and design.
