Abstract EN

The research aimed to develop the academic performance of faculty members in the faculties of education, in the light of the entrance of university twinning with the faculties of teacher preparation in some developed countries, by identifying the most important institutional and academic requirements necessary to be met in the faculties of education to achieve this, and used the descriptive approach to interpret and analyze the objectives of the research, and the Delphi method as a research tool, through an intentional sample of experts amounting to (48) experts from university leaders and academics in the faculties of education ,from the universities Of Assiut, Sohag, Mansoura, Ain Shams and Banha.
