In this article, we seek to study the fairness of kaab bin Malik al-Ansari in order to monitor the thematic features that gaves this poem its uniqueness, while revealing the literariness of this distinguished text by knowing the importance of the text’s themes in shaping the poetic features in this poem, and we preferred to adopt the thematic approach because it aims to search for basic themes and monitor images and frequently frequent elements to highlight the central theme or the main topic in which the rest of the secondary topics revolve, and to identify the generative action between these topics within a network of interactive and integrative relationships that reveal the aesthetic of the poetic text.
