Financial inclusion is a relatively modern social and economic concept, and it is a concept that works to provide various financial and banking services at reasonable and appropriate costs to all, through official channels, and digital transformation is one of the accelerators for achieving global financial inclusion.

in addition to the decline in financial and banking inclusion indicators in Arab economies as a group, compared to similar international groups in terms of income levels, this has led to the need to enhance financial inclusion in Arab economies, especially in light of the tremendous development in financial technology that has played an increasing role in promoting financial inclusion and achieving its strategy in many countries of the world, therefore, this paper comes to identify the possibility of enhancing financial inclusion in light of the development of financial technology.
