تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس تأثير الإيرادات و النفقات العامة على استقرار مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي (معدل النمو، التضخم، البطالة) في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2021، بالاعتماد اختبار التكامل المشترك (Johansen) و نموذج شعاع تصحيح الخطأ (VECM)، و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عوامل خارجية كتقلبات أسعار النفط، تؤثر على مداخيل الدولة و على استقرار الاقتصاد الكلي، و أكدت الدراسة على ضرورة إيجاد بدائل تمويلية أخرى للاقتصاد الوطني.
Abstract EN
The study aims to measuring the effect of revenues and public expenditure on the stability of macroeconomic indicators (growth rate, inflation, unemployment, balance of payments) in Algeria during the period 1980-2021, by using Johansen test of co-integration and VECM model, the study found external factors have a big role in achieving that stability is the price of oil on international markets, the study confirmed the need for other financing alternatives for the national economy.
