Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify stress in the workplace in one aspect (health) where the physical manifestations of stress and the system of work on shift as one of these modern systems that broke into the field of work provided itself due to the inevitability of modern technology and social patterns, and this study was conducted on a sample of a community of shift workers in a refinery with a seventh largest knowledge (60) workers, including various social conditions of workers as well as the age factor on the stress scale.

i have concluded that: there are statistically significant differences in the level of response to physical stress in favor of shift workers (12x2) compared to normal day workers.

there are substantial statistically significant differences in the level of response to physical stress in favor of married workers in the shift work system (12x2).

there are substantial statistically significant differences in the level of response to physical stress in favor of the most senior workers in the shift work system (12x2).

stress at work was generally associated with psychological, physical and behavioral reflections and was particularly associated with increased health risks (respiratory rate, heart rate, blood pressure...)
