Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on the role of the Sharia purposes system in building and strengthening community security.

although community security as a modern concept in security studies, the Islamic Sharia was a pioneer in devoting it and calling for its realization through the Sharia objectives system.

accordingly, our research problem is as follows: how does the purposes of Islamic law work to achieve societal security? which we tried to answer by formulating the following hypothesis: achieving community security in Islamic law is by applying preventive provisions and deterrent penalties, relying on the analytical inductive approach to answer this problem.
