This study aims to highlight the importance of using accounting knowledge management among employees and professionals who practice the accounting professions in Algeria, and to measure the degree of awareness of this importance, in addition to identifying the obstacles that restrict this use.

to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to employees and professionals who practice the accounting profession in Algeria.

the study concluded that the employees and professionals who practice the accounting professions in Algeria are aware of the importance of using accounting knowledge management, and that are many obstacles restricting its usage.
