), and it has been reached through this theoretical presentation to a set of results, the most important of which was that the human resource was and still is the most important basic determinant of the success of institutions, and this is what requires it to adapt and update its competencies in line with the nature of the transformations it is going through (digital transformation), and this is reflected positively in a distance performance as expressed in this paper is the performance of e-government.
