نظرا للأهمية البالغة لجهات التصديق الإلكتروني في تحقيق عنصري الثقة والأمان في المعاملات الإلكترونية، قام المشرع الجزائري بتنظيم أحكام هذه الجهة وفقا للقانون رقم 15-04 مؤرخ في 10 / 02 / 2015 المتعلق بتحديد القواعد العامة بالتوقيع والتصديق الإلكترونيين، بإنشاء أنظمة محايدة تتولى حماية هذه البيانات والمعلومات المتبادلة بين المتعاملين والتأكد من صحتها.
Abstract EN
Given the importance of the performer of electronic certification services, in achieving the elements of trust and safety in electronic transactions, the Algerian legislator has organized the provisions in accordance with the law related to electronic signature and certification issued in 2015 the creation of neuter systems that take in charge protection of these data and information exchanged between operators and confirmation of their correctness.
