The scientific research needs rules and norms that can’t be fruitful without it , so that since the researcher before to be a researcher he belongs to the selection type in the society which supposed to be the model for the good citizen and the reformer one, in other words before to speak about the scientific research field, the researcher has to have a series of good behavior, beginning with telling the truth, honor, faith and justice.

according to what was precedes, i can present the problematic of my paper as the following: what are the ethical rules and the doctrine norms for the ethics of the scientific research? what are the characteristics of the good scientific researcher according to what the doctrine agreed about? and what are the exigencies of the good research? to answer these questions and others i will present them in two sections, i will begin with the characteristics of the researcher in section one, and i will tackle the second one with the characteristics of the good research.
