يلتزم البائع في العقد الإلكتروني بنفس الالتزامات المترتبة عليه في العقد التقليدي، إلا أن الخصوصية التي يتميز بها جعلت الالتزام بالتسليم له صبغة إلكترونية على خلاف باقي الالتزامات الأخرى، وعلى هذا سنقوم بالتركيز على خصوصية الالتزام بالتسليم الإلكتروني مع تبيان القواعد العامة والقوانين المقارنة.
Abstract EN
In an electronic contract, the seller is bound by the same obligations as in the traditional contract.
however, its specificity made the electronic delivery obligation different from other obligations.
thus, we will focus on the specificity of the electronic delivery obligation with a set of general rules and comparative laws.
