في بعض الأحيان يحل مجلس النواب سواء عن طريق الحكومة أو عن طريق البرلمان نفسه، وهذا الحل يؤدي في أغلب الأحيان إلى انتهاك حقوق الأفراد وتعطيل الدور الرقابي للمجلس وبالتالي يمس الأمن القانوني الذي يعد الركيزة الأساسية للدولة القانونية.
Abstract EN
Sometimes the parliament is dissolved, whether by the government or through parliament itself, and this dissolution often leads to the violation of the rights of individuals and the disruption of the oversight role of the parliament, and thus affects legal security, which is the main pillar of the legal state.
