This study aims to clarify the most important areas of protection provided by the international humanitarian law to the journalists during armed conflicts, as we clarified the essence of journalists and medias and their job contribution during these conflicts and the way they can be protected by in the convention of the international humanitarian law and its added protocols, in the end we concluded our study by results and recommendations.
