This research deals with crimes of domestic violence, represented in the crimes of premeditated murder, beating and intentional wounding among family members, whether the victim is an ascendant, descendant, or husband, by clarifying the elements of each crime and the penalty resulting therefrom.

as well as defining aspects of protection from every crime in Algerian law, and that killing assets is an aggravating circumstance.

also, the attribute of assets in the crime of beating and intentional wounding against branches, and the description of branches in the crime of beating and intentional wounding against assets was considered an aggravating circumstance.

legal provisions have also been allocated in the penal code criminalizing beating and intentional wounding between spouses.
