Abstract EN

Social relations are among the most important topics that have attracted the attention of many researchers, especially sociologists, and this is because of its implications on social systems and structures, and through this we studied this topic under the title “social relations and their implications on the functional performance of Algerian economic institutions a field study at Somifos Bir el-Ater (Wilaya of Tebessa)”, so that this study relied on the descriptive method to convey all the facts as they are on the field, which enriches our research with scientific material, and we also relied on the interview technique in interviewing the respondents, based on the intended sample, which was represented by the employees of the company's management, and for this we will try through this research to identify the reality of social relations in this institution, and the extent of their repercussions and impact on the functional performance of employees.
