Family urgent judiciary is the need to obtain urgent legal protection for rights related to family matters, which are not achieved by following the normal procedures of litigation, as a result of circumstances that represent an imminent danger to the rights of the litigants or include damage that may not be remedied and repaired if the dismissal of the subject matter is awaiting, which is a matter for examination and the assessment of the family affairs judge is based on the availability of a number of conditions, the most important of which is the availability of the element of urgency and the non-prejudice to the origin of the right, as shown by the circumstances of each case.
