Legislation in the modern era occupies a prominent position within the framework of the sources of law.

all countries and societies need laws that control and regulate the relations between their members, and school legislation is part of these laws, set to control and clarify several aspects of interest to the category of employees and students in the education sector, as our study is one of the most important topics that seek to clarify the contribution of school legislative texts in the educational field from the point of view of teachers of physical education and sports, and since the aim of this study is an attempt to reveal the contribution of school legislative texts in the educational sports field, this necessitated the use of the descriptive approach as it corresponds with the nature of the subject and its variables, by diagnosing and describing this relationship, and this process represented the stage of data collection trademarks of educational institutions to stand in education.
