for its part, local and international laws have come up with the development of several immediate solutions in the event of difficulty in determining who is responsible in the environmental lawsuit, such as establishing compensation funds, as well as insurance systems for environmental damages that allow environmental protection bodies and associations to be established as a plaintiff when the public interest is prejudiced.
