The aim of the study was to investigate the issue of the legislative stability conditions provided by investors in the foreign investment contracts that are between them and the state.

these conditions may collide with legislations that may be issued later that applies to all, while the parties to the contract decide that they do not apply to them.

the study concluded that it is necessary to develop models for the conditions of legislative stability so that they are unified and do not raise difficulties in application and help predict the legal consequences that may result from them.
