Arab countries, including Algeria, contribute to alleviating the negative effects and repercussions resulting from armed disturbances and conflicts, whether international or those located within the borders of Arab countries, through their commitment and application of the provisions of many treaties and international norms aimed at protecting individuals of different positions and nationalities.

however, this endeavor is difficult to achieve in the best way, especially with regard to the optimal care for refugees and the punishment of perpetrators of violations.
