A lawyer, before being a profession, has a mission that he must fulfill to the fullest, so he must have basic principles and morals that serve as a guide for his relations with lawyers from his colleagues on the one hand, and his clients on the other hand.

in this research paper, we will try to address the ethics of the legal profession in Algeria according to law 07 / 13 of 24 Dhu al-Hijjah 1434 AH corresponding to October 29, 2013, which includes organizing the legal profession, the latter which came after many reforms and amendments imposed by various developments at all social, economic and political levels in support of the independence of the legal profession, and embodying the principle of respect for rights exercising freedoms in society.
