Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to out light the concept of smart weapons, the legality of their use and the possibility to subject them to the rules of law established in the international humanitarian law especially the ones governing the criminal responsibility.

from this research the follow in gconclusions have been reached, it remains difficult to verify to what extent the employment of these machines comply with rules of international humanitarian law.

however it is necessary to adopt a new system of law which control the employment of these technics or to develop the existy one to apply in new cases in relation to weapons to comply with these developments.
