The administrative judiciary plays an important role in the field of sports, as it is competent to look into many disputes that may arise as a result of practicing sports activity and that when conditions and would hold jurisdiction for the administrative judiciary, for example as soon as the public benefit and the public interest come to our mind that the competent judiciary is the administrative judiciary as a general principle, and on this basis, the recognition of the Algerian legislator according to low 05 / 13 related to physical and their development of national sports federations for public benefit and the good the general public expressly or b virtue o he mandate (article 91 and 92).
