This study aims to highlight the importance of the electronic portal for public procurement in achieving competition, as it is a modern mechanism in the conduct of public demand in the electronic way, which works to ensure greater respect for the principles of the public procurement represented in the freedom of access to public applications, equality in the treatment of candidates and transparency of procedures, and through which it is facilitated the relations between the economic dealers and the contracting interests, by using modern methods of management on which the electronic administration relies in general.
