While humanity today is witnessing developments at all levels, a problem has arisen represented in two conflicting dimensions : the first : the existence of multiple causes and manifestations of coexistence, peace, love and happiness.

the second : the existence of many other causes and manifestations of disharmony, rivalry, conflict and collision.

there is no solution to this problem- in spite of the contradiction in it-other than more acquaintance and cooperation, and rapprochement between the differences, especially stemming from the divergence of identities.

this can only be achieved through dialogue, with all that requires recognition and respect for the other and the exchange of give and take with him, within a scope of freedom that affects thought and expression as they are at the forefront of human rights.
