International law has introduced a legal solution called a reservation, so that states can derogate from certain obligations imposed by certain provisions stipulated in certain international conventions, in particular those relating to human rights, which are accepted by all states, on the basis of the fact that humanity has many points of difference that they separate them, which are from religion, culture, traditions, etc.

and at the same time, they have many points on which they agree and share with each other.

therefore, the legal nature of the reservation is known, which is lawfulness as a rule, unless it is incompatible with the object and purpose of the treaty.

however, the problem remains, as regards the legal nature of the objection to the reservation.
