the state guarantees its constitutional and legal protection in accordance with the ratified international conventions and covenants, but its deviation in the form of hate speech and calls for sedition and violence on the basis of color, race, sex, ancestry, language, geographical affiliation and health status, prompted Algeria to control this right and firmly declare war on the perpetrators and instigators of these acts by issuing a legal system specialized in the prevention of crimes of discrimination and hate speech and combating them, whatever the form they take, whether it is oral or printed or published via electronic platforms, including the internet and social networking sites, or through the use of symbols, signs and images.
