Humanitarian assistance is one of the legal issues that the international community gives importance to as it became the right of the victims within relevant international law treaties.

with that said, states and humanitarian organizations must intervene to provide aids and supplies to those in need.

of course, the intervention must be legitimate.

it, indeed, should be carried out in accordance with the rules and obligations dictated by the principles of humanitarian action found in the international law.

this is done accordingly with respect to the principle of sovereignty, which in turn is not violating the rights of states territories affected by crisis and humanitarian disasters.
