considering this significance, it is necessary to conduct research in a legal framework and its executive mechanisms in the Algerian legislation.

so, it is answered by determining the legal nature of the restoration process, as it is based on technical considerations in the first place.

then showing its legal mechanisms, whether related to a technical aspect related to a restoration scheme, which has an advisory stamp from different specialists, or the financial aspect that got governed by the purpose.

the study was concluded by evaluating the effectiveness of restoring archaeological architectural heritage and achieving social and economic goals.
