so it is necessary to reduce it by a treatment that depends on the skills and the mechanisms of negotiation.

negotiation is a behavioral technical process based on discussion and persuasive dialogue leading to the realization of common gains or the treatment of a problem between those with conflicting interests in achieving coexistence and developing quality in the academic community.

the study therefore sought to clarify negotiating mechanisms and techniques by reducing organizational conflict in the light of the quality system, as well as to show the relationship between the process of negotiating and managing organizational conflicts and identifying the negotiating trends and tactics needed for its administration.
